Hi, I’m Barry Rosen, and I’ve spent my life overcoming challenges, from severe dyslexia to near-fatal health struggles. My new book, Healing Your Body Through Foods, is my way of sharing how I turned my life around by listening to my body and eating the right foods. At 65, I’m healthier than ever, and I’m on a mission to help you reclaim your health and support kids in need through my Rosen Foundation.
I’ve toured the country for decades, inspiring kids to persevere and adults to nurture relationships. Now, I’m focused on two things: helping you heal through food and supporting orphanages worldwide.
